Please note that the registration fee includes VAT, airport transfers from the Port Elizabeth Airport and conference rate (including full conference package, lunches, evening meals and entertainment).

Accommodation is not included in your conference registration fee. We have secured discounted rates at the following hotels. Please contact the hotel and quote the group booking code. The hotel will manage your booking directly. All payments must be made directly to the hotel.

Airport Transfers

There will be transport available from the Port Elizabeth Airport to The Boardwalk Hotel, Beach Hotel, Courtyard Hotel, City Lodge, Town Lodge and Road Lodge. Shuttle times on Sunday 13 September and departure on the Thursday 17 September will be communicated closer to the time. Please submit your travel information to us once booked.

Method of Payment

Do not make any payment until you have received an invoice from ISASA. Banking details will appear on the invoice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made after the 6th July 2020 will incur a 50% charge on their registration fee.
Cancellations made after the 17th August 2020 will incur a 100% charge on their registration fee.

Responsibility

Once your registration form and proof of payment have been received and processed, a confirmation letter will be sent to you for checking of details.

Apply for a Smart Access Device

The SAHISA Conference will again be making use of a smart access device (card or similar). This technology has the potential to reduce administrative costs and result in an even more organised conference with seamless check-in at exhibitor stands. In addition to its benefits for Heads, it also will assist us to attract vital sponsorship for future conferences in increasingly tough economic times. This will help to ensure the ongoing viability of SAHISA conferences and maintain the high standard that membership has always enjoyed.
The Conference organising committee for the ISASA/SAHISA Conference 2020 will endeavour to assure that your attendance at Conference is as comfortable as is reasonably possible. ISASA, SAHISA, the organising committee members, appointed agents or other sub-contractors cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or inconvenience (of whatever nature) that might arise. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance. The Conference programme is provisional and, in emergency, subject to change at short notice. The Conference committee reserves the right to make changes as and when deemed necessary, without prior notice to the parties concerned.
