It is our great pleasure to invite you to the SAHISA National Conference, to be held at The President Hotel, Bantry Bay, Cape Town.

REGISTRATION FEES AND ACCOMMODATION

The registration fees include: VAT, accommodation, airport transfers from the Cape Town International Airport and conference rate (including full conference package, lunches, evening meals and entertainment).

Once your registration form has been submitted, an invoice (incl. vat) with the SAHISA Conference banking details will be sent to you for payment.

Kindly include your INVOICE REFERENCE NUMBER when making payment. Without this reference number we cannot allocate your payment.

Registration Options

OPTION 1 – SINGLE ACCOMMODATION AT THE PRESIDENT HOTEL
Option 1 – Early Bird: Single Accommodation at the President Hotel
R14 350,00 (Valid until 30 June)
Registration fee (including accommodation at The President Hotel). Kindly note this will be allocated on receipt of the registration form and rooms are limited to 270.
Option 1 – Standard Registration: Single Accommodation at the President Hotel
R14 800,00 (Valid from 01 to 31 July 2025)
Registration fee (including accommodation at The President Hotel). Kindly note this will be allocated on receipt of the registration form and is limited to 270 rooms.
Option 1 – Late Registration: Single Accommodation at the President Hotel
R14 950,00 (Valid from 01 August 2025)
Registration fee (including accommodation at The President Hotel). Kindly note this will be allocated on receipt of the registration form and is limited to 270 rooms.

PLEASE NOTE: Once THE PRESIDENT HOTEL is full, we will book accommodation into overflow Hotels and send the booking confirmation once done.

OPTION 3 – REQUEST FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Option 3 – Request for Financial Assistance: Single Accommodation at The President Hotel or an alternative Hotel.

We encourage all who are constrained by finances but wish to attend to apply for financial assistance. We will make every effort to ensure that all who do so are able to attend – we would rather you applied than did not come at all.

All Financial Assistance applications need to be received by 30 June 2025.

ISASA will advise you if your application is accepted and invoice you the balance owing on your registration fee.

Accommodation

Accommodation will be allocated according to receipt of your registration form.

The Conference venue is at The President Hotel, Bantry Bay, CAPE TOWN.

Once you have registered, an invoice will be sent to you for payment. Once payment has been received, your registration will be approved. Kindly include your INVOICE REFERENCE NUMBER when making payment. Without this reference number, we cannot allocate your payment.

Once you have made a deposit or transfer, please scan and email the proof of payment to Cathy Braans: Registrations – Email: cathy@cathybraanspr.co.za

Payments must be received before or on the specific dates mentioned to avoid automatic conversion to a higher registration fee.

Airport Transfers

There will be transport available from and to the CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. Transport is included in the registration fees.

Shuttle times on Wednesday 10 September will be 08h00 and 09h00. Please bear these in mind when booking your flights if you will be making use of the shuttles.

Shuttles will depart from the venue on Saturday 13 September by 11h00.  Please bear the travel time to Cape Town International Airport then booking your return flights.

*PLEASE NOTE* Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made after 24 July 2025 will incur a 50% charge on their registration fee. Cancellations made after 15 August 2025 will incur a 100% charge on their registration fee. To cancel your registration, please send an email to Cathy Braans (cathy@cathybraanspr.co.za) AND Juanita Judd (juanitaj@isasa.org).

Responsibility

Once your registration form and proof of payment have been received and processed, a confirmation letter will be sent to you. Please check your details in this letter carefully. Also check your “Junk Folder” should your confirmation email not come through.

The Conference organising committee for the ISASA/SAHISA Conference 2025 will endeavour to ensure that your attendance at the Conference is as comfortable as is reasonably possible. ISASA, SAHISA, the organising committee members, appointed agents or other sub-contractors cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or inconvenience (of whatever nature) that might arise. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.

The Conference programme is provisional and subject to change at short notice. The Conference committee reserves the right to make changes as and when deemed necessary, without prior notice to the parties concerned.
