Registration Fees (VAT inclusive)
The fee is inclusive of - shuttle transport, accommodation, all meals, full conference attendance and the gala dinner. Registration closes on the 9th May 2025 and the conference Registration Fees are payable by no later than Wednesday 14th May 2025.

Travel arrangements
Shuttles will depart from Cape Town Airport at 09h00 and 10h00 on Wednesday 18th June.
Please consider the above shuttle times when you make your flight arrangements. Conference transport is only offered from the CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
Delegates arriving outside the shuttle times above must please make their own travel arrangements to the hotel. Conference starts on the 18th June at 12:30pm and ends at 11:00am on the 20th June, so please consider this when booking your departing flight. Departure shuttles on Friday 20th June will only start from 11:15.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made after the 14th April 2025 will incur a 50% charge on their registration fee. Cancellations made after the 14th May 2025 will incur a 100% charge on their registration fee. Cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to a member of the organizing committee and approved response there-of.
Responsibility
The conference organising committee for the ISMA Conference 2025 will endeavor to assure that your attendance at the conference is as comfortable as reasonably possible. ISASA, ISMA, the organizing committee, appointed agents or other sub-contractors cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience (of whatever nature) that might arise. The conference program is strictly provisional and is subject to change without notice.
