Accommodation is booked at The Salt Rock Hotel on a first come, first served basis. All overflow accommodation will be arranged as necessary at BnB’s in close proximity to the hotel and shuttle services will be available.
Please consider the above shuttle times when you make your flight arrangements as this will assist us with the airport shuttle schedule. Conference transport is only offered from the DURBAN KING SHAKA AIRPORT. Delegates arriving outside the shuttle times above must please make their own travel arrangements to the hotel. Conference starts on 3 November at 12:30 and ends at 13:00 on 5 November so please consider this when booking your departing flight. Departure shuttles on 5 November will only start from 12:30.
Cancellations made after 20 September 2021 will incur a 50% charge on their registration fee.
Cancellations made after 11 October 2021 will incur a 100% charge on their registration fee.
The conference organising committee for the ISMA Conference 2021 will endeavor to assure that your attendance at the conference is as comfortable as reasonably possible. ISASA, ISMA, the organising committee, appointed agents or other sub-contractors cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience (of whatever nature) that might arise. The conference programme is strictly provisional and is subject to change without notice.
