Please note that the registration fee includes VAT, Accommodation, Airport transfers from the PORT ELIZABETH AIRPORT ONLY and conference rate (including full conference package, lunches, evening meals and entertainment).
REGISTRATION CLOSES ON 15 JULY.
Accommodation is booked at The Boardwalk Hotel on a first come first served basis from receipt of registration. All overflow accommodation will be reserved at Hotel’s within walking distance from The Boardwalk.

Cancellations made after the 9th July 2021 will incur a 50% charge on their registration fee.
Cancellations made after the 1st August 2021 will incur a 100% charge on their registration fee.
Please take note of the below shuttle times when booking your flights. There will be conference transport from the Port Elizabeth Airport only. Delegates arriving outside the shuttle times below must please make their own travel arrangements to the hotel.
Conference starts on Sunday 24 October at 17h00 (registration from 14h00 onwards) and ends on Wednesday 27 October at 11h00 so please consider this when booking your departing flight.
24 October 2021 – Pick up at the Port Elizabeth Arrivals Hall to The Boardwalk Hotel:
27 October 2021 – Departure from The Boardwalk Hotel to the Port Elizabeth Airport:
There will be transport available from the Port Elizabeth Airport to The Boardwalk Hotel, Beach Hotel, Courtyard Hotel, City Lodge, Town Lodge and Road Lodge.

The Conference organizing committee for the SABISA Conference 2021 will endeavor to assure that your attendance at the conference is as comfortable as is reasonably possible. ISASA, SABISA, the organizing committee, appointed agents or other sub-contractors cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience (of whatever nature) that might arise. The conference program is strictly provisional and is subject to change without notice.
