Travel Arrangement

IMPORTANT NOTES:
• Bus transfers will be provided from both OR Tambo and King Shaka Airport.
• It is highly recommended that delegates use OR Tambo as their preferred choice. This recommendation is due to ongoing road works on the N3, which can cause major delays. Additionally, there is a high volume of trucks on this road, further contributing to potential delays.
• The approximate travel time by bus from OR Tambo will be 5 ½ hours. From King Shaka, travel time can vary but may take anything from 4 hours onwards.
• Flights to Durban are generally more expensive compared to flights to Johannesburg.

Conference starts on Sunday 27th October at 17h00 (registration from 14h00 onwards) and ends on Wednesday 30 October at 11h00 so please consider this when booking your departing flight.
