It is our great pleasure to invite you to the SABISA National Conference, to be held at The Boardwalk Hotel, Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha.

The theme is Diverse Minds, Collective Success.

REGISTRATION FEES AND ACCOMMODATION

The registration fees include: VAT, accommodation, airport transfers from the Chief Dawid Stuurman Airport, Port Elizabeth / Gqeberha and conference rate (including full conference package, lunches, evening meals and entertainment).

Once your registration form has been submitted, an invoice (incl. vat) with the SABISA Conference banking details will be sent to you for payment.

PLEASE ONLY PAY YOUR REGISTRATION FEE ONCE THE INVOICE IS SENT TO YOU BY ISASA AND INCLUDE YOUR INVOICE REFERENCE NUMBER AND NAME OF SCHOOL.

Registration Options

OPTION 1 – SINGLE ACCOMMODATION AT THE BOARDWALK HOTEL

Option 1 – Late Registration: Single Accommodation at The Boardwalk Hotel

PLEASE NOTE: Once THE BOARDWALK HOTEL is full, we will book accommodation into overflow Hotels and send the booking confirmation once done. All overflow hotels are within walking distance to The Boardwalk Hotel.

Financial Assistance

We encourage all who are constrained by finances but wish to attend to apply for financial assistance. We will make every effort to ensure that all who do so are able to attend – we would rather you applied than did not come at all.

OPTION 2 – REQUEST FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Option 2 – Request for Financial Assistance: Single Accommodation at The Boardwalk Hotel or an alternative Hotel if all rooms at The Boardwalk have been allocated.

All Financial Assistance applications need to be received by 31 July 2025.

ISASA will advise you if your application is accepted and invoice you the balance owing on your registration fee.

Accommodation

The Conference venue is at The Boardwalk Hotel, Port Elizabeth / Gqeberha.

Accommodation will be allocated according to receipt of your registration form. Once the available rooms at the Boardwalk have been allocated, we will use neighbouring hotels which are all within walking distance of the conference venue.

Once you have registered, an invoice will be sent to you for payment. Once payment has been received, your registration will be approved. Kindly include your INVOICE REFERENCE NUMBER and Name of School when making payment. Without this reference number, we cannot allocate your payment.

Once your registration form and proof of payment have been received and processed, a confirmation letter will be sent to you. Please check the details on this letter carefully. If you have not received this, please check your “Junk folder” as well.

Airport Transfers

There will be transport available from and to the CHIEF DAWID STUURMAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. Transport is included in the registration fees.

The conference starts on Sunday 26th October 2025 at 17h00 (registration from 14h00 onwards) and ends on Wednesday 29 October 2025 at 11h00 so please consider this when booking your flights.

Cancellations made after 5 August 2025 will incur a 50% charge on their registration fee. Cancellations made after 15 September 2025 will incur a 100% charge on their registration fee. The Conference organising committee for the ISASA/SABISA Conference 2025 will endeavour to assure that your attendance at Conference is as comfortable as is reasonably possible. ISASA, SABISA, the organising committee members, appointed agents or other sub-contractors cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or inconvenience (of whatever nature) that might arise. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.

The Conference programme is provisional and subject to change at short notice. The Conference committee reserves the right to make changes as and when deemed necessary, without prior notice to the parties concerned.
