Registration Fees & Accommodation:

Registration fees include:
VAT, airport transfers from the Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport (KMI) in Nelspruit and conference rate (including full conference package, lunches, evening meals and entertainment).

Once your registration form has been submitted, an invoice (incl. vat) with the SAHISA Conference banking details will be sent to you for payment.
Please only pay your registration fee once the invoice is sent to you and include your invoice reference number and name of School.
Option 1 – No Longer Available – Hotel is fully booked
Registration fee (including accommodation at ANEW Resort White River)
Kindly note this will be allocated on receipt of registration form and is limited to 110 rooms only.
Once you have registered, an invoice will be sent to you for payment. Once payment has been received, your booking at ANEW Resort will be confirmed.

Option 2
Registration fee (excluding accommodation)

ISASA has negotiated accommodation rates with Southern Sun Mbombela and Stay Easy Mbombela. You may contact these hotels directly to book. Transport will be arranged on a daily basis to and from these two hotels ONLY

Should you choose to stay at any other accommodation, you will be responsible to make your own way to and from Anew White River Resort.

Option 3
Request for Financial Assistance.

ISASA will advise you if your application is accepted and invoice you the balance owing on your registration fee.
This fee will include VAT, airport transfers from Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport in Mbombela and back, transfers daily, should you choose to stay in one of the preferred hotels in Mbombela, and the full conference package

(NOTE FOR OPTION 2 AND 3: Due to a limited number of rooms available at ANEW Resort White River, you will have to book your own accommodation at the recommended hotels in Mbombela or a guest house of your choice in the area).

Accommodation:

Accommodation will be allocated according to receipt of your registration form.
The Conference venue is at the ANEW Resort White River.
Once you have registered, an invoice will be sent to you for payment. Once payment has been received, your registration will be approved. Kindly include your INVOICE REFERENCE NUMBER when making payment. Without this reference number, we cannot allocate your payment.

Airport Transfers

There will be transport available from the KMI Airport as well as between the Southern Sun Mbombela and Stay Easy Hotels in Nelspruit every morning and every evening.

Shuttle times on Sunday 8 September will leave KMI Airport on the hour, commencing from 10h00 and will depart on Thursday, 12 September between 10h30 and 11h00.

Please be advised that there is no Uber in this area.

Johannesburg to Mpumalanga – Transport Request and Payment:

The availability of transportation services will be subject to a minimum number of participants requiring this service.
Attendees who require transport from Johannesburg’s OR Tambo Airport to White River/Mbombela in Mpumalanga, and back, must indicate their need for transportation during the registration process. The organisers will determine the additional cost for transportation based on the number of people requesting this service. The transportation cost will be communicated to the attendees if made available.

Payment for Transport:

Attendees opting for transportation services must make an additional payment (at a later date) for this service as per the cost specified in the quotation.

Payments must be received before or on the specific dates mentioned to avoid automatic conversion to a higher registration fee.

*PLEASE NOTE* Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made after 5 July 2024 will incur a 50% charge on their registration fee.
Cancellations made after 16 August 2024 will incur a 100% charge on their registration fee.

Responsibility

Once your registration form and proof of payment have been received and processed, a confirmation letter will be sent to you. Please check your details on this letter carefully. Also check your “Junk Folder” should your confirmation email not come through.

The Conference organising committee for the ISASA/SAHISA Conference 2024 will endeavour to assure that your attendance at Conference is as comfortable as is reasonably possible. ISASA, SAHISA, the organising committee members, appointed agents or other sub-contractors cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or inconvenience (of whatever nature) that might arise. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance. The Conference programme is provisional and subject to change at short notice. The Conference committee reserves the right to make changes as and when deemed necessary, without prior notice to the parties concerned.
